Goodyou provides high-performance silicone hose lined with food grade silicone for delivering cooling water, oxygen gases, hydrogen in fuel cell powered vehicle applications. Conventional silicone hoses can contain trace level of extractable materials (volatile organic compounds), which will be risk for fuel cell. In this case, the cleaness of hose inner surface is necessary. In addition to use food grade silicone as inner layer, we built up a dust-free workshop, using deionized water to clean the hoses before shipment.
Multiple plies of silicone reinforced with aramid fabric to enhance its high or negative pressure resistance. The outer walls use high-performance silicone that withstands high and low temperature ranging from -50~+260℃, and has excellent ozone, aging and weather resistance.
